- What happens to my footage if I cancel?
- You can download everything before you cancel, originals, reports, PDFs. We give you a 30-day window after cancellation to grab anything you missed. After that, the data is deleted.
- What counts toward my monthly minutes?
- Wall-clock duration of the uploaded video. A 12-minute ride uses 12 minutes of your monthly budget, 120 on Free, 500 on Pro. Resets on the 1st.
- Why do plate reads only work once on Free?
- Plate recognition is expensive to run, so we give every Free account one ride's worth as a sampler, enough to see it work on your camera and your roads. After that, plate reads are a Pro feature.
- Does Pro mean unlimited rides?
- 500 minutes a month is about 8 hours of riding, which covers a daily commuter with room to spare. If you're consistently hitting the cap, reach out, we'll figure out a plan that fits your usage.
- Will my footage be used to train your AI?
- No. The detector was trained on public accident footage, not yours. Your video is for your reports, full stop.
- Will the price go up?
- If you sign up at $9.99, your rate stays $9.99 for as long as your subscription is active. We'll never auto-bump existing subscribers.
